Small Groups
“ROAD TRIP!!!”
These were the first two words of a recent exchange of comments on my niece’s MySpace page with her college friends. They were sharing their excitement for an upcoming journey and it made me remember a few road trips that I had taken with friends in my younger days. I never did know where my niece and her friends were headed but I do know they were anxious to get on the road. Although our destination gives us a purpose to go, our travel companions provide excitement along the way. Laughing, sharing, eating snacks, maybe even getting lost and finding the way back on course are the elements of lifelong bonds that may never be forgotten.
The faith journey is really no different. It’s an expedition of growth in Christ that is so much more exciting when traveled with friends. A great place to find those travel companions is in a small group. Crossroads is a church of small groups that meet regularly, usually on a weekly basis. Our small group meetings are an experience of encouragement, insight and friendship while we eat, laugh and share. At Crossroads we encourage everyone to connect with a small group.
When you are ready to join a small group or would just like to talk more about small groups please let me know or see one of the small group leaders listed below and we’ll be pleased to help you find your group.
Come and join us on our ROAD TRIP!!!
